At Deen Dayal Awas Yojana Floors, we maintain complete transparency regarding our registration, draw booking, and application processes. Please find below our detailed policy concerning application cancellations and registration amount refunds:

1. Refund on Unsuccessful Applications
All unsuccessful applicants who do not get an allotment in the draw or registration process will be fully refunded their initial registration amount. -
2. 100% Refund Policy (Zero Charges)
If the property allotment is not confirmed or cancelled from our end due to non-availability, a 100% refund policy is applicable. No processing fees, cancellation charges, or hidden deductions will be levied. -
3. Destination Account for Refunds
All refunds will be processed and credited back directly to the same bank account, credit/debit card, or net banking channel that the user provided us and used at the time of initial payment registration. -
4. Timeline and Procedure
Once a draw is completed or a cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be initiated and credited to your account within 10-15 working days, depending on standard banking transaction cycles.
